Ruth Rathblott, MSW, a TEDx and global keynote speaker, bestselling author, and leadership advisor, known for her groundbreaking work on hiding and unhiding in the workplace.
Drawing from her own experience of hiding her limb difference, a disability, for more than 25 years, and from years leading teams as a nonprofit CEO, Ruth helps organizations understand the hidden cost of hiding and how it impacts performance, connection, and culture.
Her bestselling books, Singlehandedly. Learning to Unhide and Embrace Connection and Unhide & Seek. Live Your Best Life. Do Your Best Work, introduce the concept of unhiding as a powerful path toward stronger leadership, deeper trust, and greater engagement. Through story-driven keynotes grounded in research and real-world experience, Ruth helps leaders create environments where people feel safe enough to contribute fully and ask for the support they need to do their best work.

She works with leaders to recognize where people are holding their breath at work and shows organizations how creating space for unhiding leads to stronger trust, deeper engagement, and better results.
